This is used for moderators and admins to make world wide topics that should be read by mainly all of the sites members. Updates are very similar to what this is. Members should always check into this part of the forum to keep up with what is going on inside of the forum. It is similar to the same thing of Global Announcement topics, but these are organized and just in one topic.
This is the guide book for what to do on the site, and also help so that admins and moderators won't have to hear the new member asking to many questions but it is good to ask questions, that is what we are here for which sometimes admins and moderators are frustrated or busy, try not to bother them why they are. New members are recommended to read this before doing anything.
Updates are about what just been created in the site; Basically Admins and Moderators are the ones to post what they have done on the site to help out there work on it. Members are permitted to reply to an update that a moderator or admin has posted. Being respectful to them when they have a update that you don't like, is appreciated. If you don't like the update, just post in the topic saying you don't dislike it. You don't have to go on a rampage over it.
